- Only bank wire transfer, check (only for France), and cash in person payments are accepted.
- All payments will be cleared and confirmed by our bank before shipping the item.
- The shipping cost, handling, and insurance (if desired by the customer) will be added to the price of the item. We cannot be held responsible for any problems or any taxes that may occur during shipment.
- As of the date of receipt of the item, you will have an inspection period of 14 days in accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code. After this period, the sale is considered final.
The returned item must be shipped with insurance covering the full value, and the purchaser remains responsible for it during shipment.
In case of return, you must notify us to obtain our agreement.
It is your reponsibility to return the item to us in its original condition. The item will be carefully examined and compared with detailed photographs.
If the return is accepted, a full refund will be made less its shipping/handling charges.
If the return is not accepted, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please note that the return conditions are not applicable when the transaction was carried out by hand.
- It is possible to reserve an item for a period of 7 days without any conditions. Item will be notified as « reserved » on the site during this period. We can extand a reservation for a period of 30 days. For this, a 10% non-refundable deposit of the item price will be requested.
- All articles from the « Tosogu« section are sold with a specific wooden storage box (Kiri). All articles from the « Nihonto« section are sold in Shirasaya, Koshirae or both.
- Consignment : We can take care of the exhibition on our site and sell your swords and Japanese art items. (Photographs, shipping, payment)
The amount of our commission will be 25% of the sale price.
We reserve us the right to choose the pieces to exhibit. Only blades and quality items in good condition (correct polishing, in Koshirae / Shirasaya, etc …) will be accepted.
