High-quality fuchi-kashira set in patinated silver, featuring a « waves and clouds » (Nami / Kumo) motif; the workmanship is fine, with beautiful relief.
The iron tsuba features small gold or gilt-brass inlays and a waves (Nami) motif. The seppa are gold-plated copper.
The menuki are gilt copper, depicting a tiger.
The saya is finished with beautiful traditional urushi lacquer and features a silver-alloy kojiri depicting an unryu (cloud dragon) soaring through the clouds.
